Annual Business Valuation

Immediately upon starting with Advisor Legacy, you will receive our award winning valuation. The detailed report services as a guidepost for managing practice equity and comes with a 45-minute valuation review with a Valuation Coach who will explain your results and make recommendations. You will receive an updated valuation annually throughout the life of our coaching relationship. 

LegacyChoice Elite Membership

You are also immediately enrolled in our LegacyChoice Elite Membership program. This gives you access to new practice listings, the ability to bid on practices of interest, discounts on certain legacy services, and access to our exclusive monthly webinar on practice acquisitions topics. 

Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions

At the core of our service is the 1:1 biweekly coaching sessions (26 sessions per year). During these sessions you will receive live coaching support, followed by a meeting summary and action items.

Team Member Coaching Meeting
  • Structure: 1 hour, monthly

  • Who: Support Team Members

  • Purpose: To provide coaching and leadership to team members to help them grow personally, professionally, and in their role.

  • Post Meeting: Coach to follow up with a detailed meeting summary and action items.

Leadership Update Meeting
  • Structure: 1 hour, quarterly

  • Who: The leader of the Team Member(s) being coached

  • Purpose: To provide a space for updates on progress of the team member(s) and an opportunity for coaching the leader in ways they can better support their team member(s).

  • Post Meeting: Coach to follow up with a detailed meeting summary and strategies/action items to support the team member.

Focuses on team development through role clarity, career growth, performance management, and leadership, using tools like SWOT analysis, situational leadership, and emotional intelligence assessments.

WDYWFY

Reviewing the employee’s response to the “What Do You Want For Yourself” (WDYWFY) exercise. 

Model Week

Review the employees goals, role, and expectations to develop and implement a model week.

Leadership

Coaching on what makes a great leader, how to support their team, and how to lead themselves. 

Values & Action Steps

Putting together action steps from the WDYWFY. Reviewing the Values Exercise and outcomes. 

Predictive Index

Review of PI results and how to apply them to the employee’s development and team.

Career Path Check In

Provide accountability toward their growth plan, coach through roadblocks, and next steps. 

Personal Journey

Taking outcomes from the WDYWFY action steps to create a Personal Journey timeline. 

Employee SWOT

Building self awareness and fine tuning the IPDP through an individual SWOT analysis. 

Emotional Intelligence 

Coaching on specific situations and role playing how to apply emotional intelligence in their role.

Career Path

Using previous exercises to create a time bound Individual Personal Development Plan (IPDP). 

SWOT Coaching

Focused coaching session to address weaknesses and threats, seize opportunities and leverage strengths. 

Annual Review

Support the leader and employee in the annual review and defining next steps.
