With this service, you’ll receive our award-winning Business Valuation, complete with a detailed report on your practice’s value, plus your choice of a Continuity Plan, Buy-Sell Agreement, or Guardian Agreement drafted by an experienced attorney.

How It Works
The valuation report is completed in 10-15 days or less, followed by our attorney scheduling time with you to discuss and complete your agreement.
Purchase
Upon purchase you’ll immediately receive a link with instructions to begin the data collection process for your valuation. A Relationship Manager is on hand to guide you through the process.
Submit Data
Advisor uploads required data using our simple data collection form. Our team then validates the data and develops your valuation report.
Valuation Delivered
The valuation report is delivered to you, followed by an intake form to collect information for your agreement. The form will collect the basic information required for your agreement, as well as any terms and structure that have been established with your continuity partner.
Meet Coach
Our Valuation Coach will schedule 60-minutes with you to review the valuation report and your intake form.
Plan Completed
Using your valuation report and intake form, our attorney will work with you to complete your agreement. You, your heirs, your staff, and your clients will rest easy knowing that they are taken care of.
Three Agreement Options
Our service allows the advisor to select one option from a selection of three types of agreements.
Continuity
For when the advisor has a continuity partner who will purchase the practice in a triggering event of death or disability.
Buy/Sell
For when the advisor has a continuity partner who will purchase the practice in a triggering event of death or disability. The continuity partner will be given rights of first refusal, first offer, or the binding requirement to sell.
Guardian Plan
For when the advisor has a continuity partner who will act as the Guardian* of the practice while it is being sold by a third party. The Guardian may also have the right of first offer or refusal.
*Guardians are required to be on the same platform as the seller. The advisor should coordinate the guardianship details with their Broker Dealer or Custodian prior to purchase.
