CEO, Owner

Tony began his career as an advisor in 1989. He later transitioned to the coaching role and has helped over two hundred practices achieve their goals. He specializes in succession planning for both internal and external transitions.

Nick works with advisors in the transition process by helping them design an ideal client hand-off. Nick has been in the financial services industry for more than twenty years and is an expert at building systems that lead to success.

Steve became an advisor coach in 2005 after several years as the business manager for one of the country’s largest financial advisory practices. He works with independent advisors and RIAs to help them scale their business models.

Todd is an M&A Expert with a special focus on growing practice value. He helps advisors through all aspects of succession and transition planning. Having owned businesses himself, he is able to help advisors make solid decisions.

Alan is a CPA and has owned his own public accounting firm for 14 years. He specializes in appraising businesses for buy/sell agreements, estate tax, divorces, business start-ups, and shareholder/owner disputes.

Sierra is a valuations analyst responsible for analyzing financial data and market information to determine the value of a practice. Her role collaborates closely with out our Legacy Solutions Sales Coaches to ensure clients are informed and supported during their valuation process.

Marie ensures that our Advisor Legacy clients have a seamless experience. She coordinates the sales process from start to finish, working with the seller and prospective buyers in addition to our team.

Kim is an operations coordinator and supports the day-to-day execution of business processes by coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency across teams. She serves as a key liaison between departments, helping keep projects organized and on schedule.
