Anthony Whitbeck
CEO, Owner
Tony began his career as an advisor in 1989. He later transitioned to the coaching role and has helped over two hundred practices achieve their goals. He specializes in succession planning for both internal and external transitions.

Nicholas Tucker
Visionary, Owner
Nick Tucker works with advisors in the transition process by helping them design an ideal client hand-off. Nick has been in the financial services industry for more than twenty years and is an expert at building systems that lead to success.

Stephen Bratta
CFO, Owner
Steve became an advisor coach in 2005 after several years as the business manager for one of the country’s largest financial advisory practices. He works with independent advisors and RIAs to help them scale their business models.

Todd Doherty
VP of Acquisition & Legacy
Todd Doherty is an M&A Expert with a special focus on growing practice value. He helps advisors through all aspects of succession and transition planning. Having owned businesses himself, he is able to help advisors make solid decisions.

MaryAnn Hutchinson
VP of Internal Operations
MaryAnn manages all HR, legal, and financial elements of the company. She works closely with our team, clients, and partners to develop sound contracts, address client needs, and to ensure we create and deliver a rewarding employee experience.

Ben Thelen
VP of Service Delivery
Ben works closely with industry partners and our internal experts to develop, deliver, and manage our services and team. By staying in tune with the advisor market, Ben ensures that we are meeting the needs of advisors no matter where they are in their journey.

Dawn Rem
Senior Coach & Integrator
As a member of the executive team and Senior Coach, Dawn divides her time among three core areas: coaching and consulting with clients to help them reach their goals, leading and managing our executive leadership team, and developing the next generation of professionals in our industry.

Marie Tysick
Operations Manager
Marie Tysick ensures that our Advisor Legacy clients have a seamless experience. She coordinates the sales process from start to finish, working with the seller and prospective buyers in addition to our team.

Brandon Smith
Lead Coach
As a lead coach, Brandon helps practices build, live and leave a legacy. This is done by focusing largely on coaching in the areas of operation efficiencies, systems and processes, roles and responsibilities, leadership coaching and people development coaching.

Brogan Probert
Lead Coach
As a lead coach, Brogan coaches practice support staff on individual goals, navigate challenges, and provide coaching tailored to their growth. She also works closely with practice leaders to enhance internal operations, streamline processes, and drive overall efficiency across the business.

Travis Liedke
Valuation Analyst
Travis Liedke works with our valuations team to gather, analyze, and deliver valuation results to advisors. With over 8 years of experience in the financial advisory industry, Travis understands the needs of advisors and expertly guides them on what they can do to improve practice value.

Baizley Howell
Associate Coach
As an associate coach, Baizley supports other coaches on her team with client meetings, provides one-on-one and team coaching with clients, and follows up on action items from those sessions. She also collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure we’re providing the best possible support to our clients.

Alan Salomon
CPA/ABV, CVA
Alan Salomon is a CPA and owned his own public accounting firm for 14 years. He specializes in appraising businesses for buy/sell agreements, estate tax, divorces, business start-ups, and shareholder/owner disputes.

John Sullivan
Executive Coach
John Sullivan helps practices develop long-term internal and external succession plans. He facilitates the interview process for potential successors and helps to develop communication plans for the transition period.
