In the event of death, illness, or disability, the Guardian Plan ensures that the practice can continue to operate until a worthy successor is located and the practice is transitioned to the new advisor. By having a Guardian Plan in place, the advisor ensures that both staff and clients have a competent and able advisor ready to serve them while protecting their equity interests for heirs and/or executor of the estate.

Upon purchase you’ll immediately receive a link with instructions to begin the data collection process for your valuation. A Relationship Manager is on hand to guide you through the process. 

Submit Data

Advisor uploads required data using our simple data collection form. Our team then validates the data and develops your valuation report. 

Valuation Delivered

The valuation report is delivered to your team. You then receive a link to complete the deal intake form.

Meet Coach

The advisor and any key team members meet with their coach for a 45-minute review of the valuation results and deal intake form. 

Plan Delivered

The Guardian Plan legal documents is delivered to the advisor via DocuSign for signatures.
