Four to six meetings with an M&A coach, supported with email communications to negotiate and arrive at deal terms. A Term Sheet is then created on which the buyer and seller will sign off.
One meeting with an Executive Coach to discuss transition planning considerations.
The Term Sheet is then provided to an attorney to complete the formal Asset Purchase agreements.

For clients selling their practice who request our support in vetting multiple buyer candidates, a success fee of 3% will apply. This fee reflects the added value and diligence of our bespoke evaluation process, designed to help you identify the right match with confidence and discretion.
Deal Support Premium is ideal for buyers or sellers engaged in enterprise-level transactions valued at $3 million or more. Deal Support Premium is designed for those seeking a white-glove, high-touch experience to ensure every aspect of the deal is managed professionally and strategically.
We take a hands-on, customized approach that covers the full transaction lifecycle:
Valuation Intake– We collect the necessary data to perform a detailed valuation of the practice being purchased/sold
Valuation Review – The Coach delivers the valuation results and recommendations during a 45-minute call
Deal Intake – We collect the core data on the acquisition/practice sale and progress to date for the deal
Negotiations and Deal Terms – We facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, and key team members to develop the term sheet
Legal Agreements – The attorney takes the term sheet and develops all necessary legal agreements for the transaction
Transition - The M&A Coach works with you to plan and manage the close and transition of the deal
*An initial payment of $5,995 is made at the time of purchase. The initial payment is non-refundable once the service has commenced. A success fee of 1% of the sale price is due at the closing of the deal and paid directly out of the buyer’s funding. No success fee is due if the sale does not close.
The fee for service is based on one purchasing advisor. There is a fee of $1,500 per additional purchasing advisor to cover the preparation of their legal documents.
