1:1 Sessions

Scheduled 1 hour bi-weekly coaching sessions with owner and/or operations leader.

Purpose: Practice Management Strategy

Post-Meeting: Coach will provide a meeting summary along with list of action items following each session.

Also includes access to on-demand coaching sessions as needed to address critical issues.

Team Coaching

Scheduled 1 hour bi-weekly coaching sessions with the entire practice team:

Purpose – To ensure process implementation and accountability

Session Recap – Coach provides a meeting summary and list of actionable items following each coaching session. 

Benchmark

Your practice receives our award winning standard valuation immediately upon starting with us. The valuation report includes:

  • Your fair market value
  • Analysis of your practice metrics
  • The key drivers of value
  • Peer benchmarks
  • MaxVal Predictor
  • Expert recommendations to grow practice equity

You also receive a 45-minute consultation with a valuation expert to discuss your results. 

A new valuation will be conducted annually with any ongoing operations coaching service. 

Implementation

Additional coaching support with your operations team to ensure all operational changes are fully implemented. This includes:

  • A weekly 1-hour long recap meeting of implementation progress.
  • 1:1 implementation meetings as needed with specific operations staff
  • Written summary and action items provided after each coaching session
