The In-Depth Practice Assessment (IDPA) includes two detailed reports and two coaching/consultation sessions.
The Deliverables:
Practice Valuation: Our award-winning practice valuation conducted by seasoned M&A experts. Includes a 45-Minute coaching session with Valuation Coach to discuss your results and what you can do to drive practice value.
Practice Assessment: Comprehensive report of your practice results against benchmarks in the six key areas of practice development, prioritized recommendations to address issues, and a consultation with a coach to discuss your results and action plan.
