Advisor Legacy Named Winner of Wealth Management 2021 Industry Awards
September 14, 2021 – Troy, Michigan: Advisor Legacy named winner for Wealth Management’s 2021 Industry Awards, also known as the “Wealthies.” Advisor Legacy was recognized for the launch of its new MaxVal Predictor tool, an enhancement to their popular Valuation service.
The 2021 Industry Awards, also known as the “Wealthies,” is WealthManagement.com’s annual awards programs honoring individuals, organizations, and companies that help financial advisors build better businesses and create better outcomes for their clients. Advisor Legacy, the succession services arm of Key Management Group, was named as the winner Successions Services Category for its MaxVal Predictor tool, which launched in December 2020. The tool pinpoints exactly when a practice’s value will start to decline and helps senior advisors better plan and time their practice succession.
One of the biggest mistakes advisors make is waiting until they’re facing a sale to conduct a valuation – leaving no time to impact the value. In addition to current value and industry benchmarks, Advisor Legacy valuations provide advisors with a graphic representation of their value over time – demonstrating both a growth scenario and a scenario where a practice stops growing.
The full valuation report includes benchmarks for each of the key drivers of value and comes with a 45-minute consultation with an equity management expert. The expert provides specific guidance on what the practice can do to improve practice value and improve the realization of equity for a succession event. The winners were announced at the awards dinner in New York. View the full list of finalists for the 2021 Wealthies.
